Acceptance of Terms
M.T. Uniforms reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. After that time it shall be considered final and binding. M.T. Uniforms reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions ("TAC") at any time without notice to you.
Place of Sale
Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by M.T. Uniforms, in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. All sales are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the venue for all disputes shall be held and completed in the courts of Cambria County. No change, modification or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by M.T. Uniforms. Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyer's purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein. The person, company or authorizing agency with whom this agreement was made agrees to pay any and all legal costs involved in collecting any delinquent or unpaid amounts associated with this order. This includes any and all legal, attorney or other fees associated with this collection. Any and all legal fillings or hearings must be initiated, held and completed within the jurisdiction of Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Should a motion be made to move such proceedings, the party with whom this agreement was made agrees to pay any and all expenses, including but not limited to travel, lodging or any other expenses incurred by M.T. Uniforms to attend such proceedings.
Restrictions on the Sale of Specific Products
M.T. Uniforms restricts the sale of selected products such as, but not limited to, embroidered apparel, badges, nameplates, insignia, emblems, and collar pins that identify the holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement agency. Orders for such products may require an official ID plus a current drivers license and be submitted on department letterhead. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-535-0134 for more details. When you place an order for products that are subject to any legal restrictions, you warrant to us that you are authorized to make such purchase, and you are in compliance with all local, state and federal laws concerning same.
Acceptance of Agreement.
I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. I also acknowledge that I am authorized to make purchases as an individual or representative of the party with whom this agreement was made. I am authorizing M.T. Uniforms to proceed with this order, to ship and invoice as per the agreement.
By submitting an order, you are accepting the above terms.
Badge ID Requirements
All Badge ID's must be accompanied by a current Driver's License for additional security purposes.
1. Badges that reference Law Enforcement Agencies or Titles (ex: Police, Officer, Sheriff, etc) must fax or email official photo identification card.
2. Any Explorer Badges for Police Departments must provide an official authorization form from that Department stating that Explorers are authorized to wear Badges at their Department.
3. Any badge referencing Homeland Security must be accompanied by an official letter from Homeland Security authorizing the purchase of the badge.
4. Transit Authority is now a part of Homeland Security; therefore, Badges representing Transit Authority may not be manufactured for any individual Transit Authority Employee.
5. Anyone requesting "Authorization to Wear Fire Arms" must provide proof of such before the badge will be manufactured.
6. Florida State Seals are exclusive to Law Enforcement Personnel: NO EXCEPTIONS

Your badge order will not be processed or manufactured until we have received all necessary information. Please note your order number on any information you send. We will keep your information on file so you will not need to send it every time you order.
All badges will be further reviewed by our Badge manufacturer, who may request further proof of identification or refuse any badge ordered based on their rules pertaining to the manufacturing of badges.
These requests are to protect all of us from individuals fraudulently wearing badges for the wrong purpose. We appreciate your cooperation.
